The Elite Body Trainer was born from Erin's background as a track athlete and her experience in the physique competition world. Erin was a Junior All-American high jumper and developed her skill and athleticism through Olympic-style lifts and fast-twitch movements. As if she could be any more impressive, Erin is also a two-time Ms. Figure Olympia.

Dr. Jacob "The Muscle Prof" Wilson has a Ph.D. in skeletal and muscle physiology. He explains that Elite Body is built from a scientific foundation. "What separates Erin from her competitors," Wilson says, "is that she's not afraid to live on the brink and edge of science. Whatever science shows, she's willing to do, even if it breaks tradition. This program is scientifically harmonized to give you the best results."
